When creating this oil invoke the protective energies from each ingredient and empower. After the ingredients are mixed, top off the bottle and shake vigorously, visualizing the motion brewing the oil, energizing it and awakening its spirit. When you feel the energy is at its peak, hold the bottle in your palms and gently push the energy into the oil to concentrate it. Repeat shaking and concentrating the energy until you feel it is "full". Seal with a banishing pentagram, cho-ku-rei, or other sealing and protection symbol of your choosing.
Shake before use. Anoint the door frames and window frames of any home or building you wish to protect. Dab it on your car in key areas such as head lights, tail lights, seat belts, steering wheel, mirrors, gas cap, tires, gear shift, engine, brake pedal and door locks. Anoint your phone by putting a fingerprint of oil on the back side under your phone case. Anoint your credit/debit cards. Anoint security systems.

Yes this is also good for personal magickal protection when used in candle magick. A similar oil can be made without the crystal but then it wouldn't be tourmaline oil. You can make it obsidian oil if you choose to substitute. I have found, however, that rosemary and tourmaline work extremely well together and substitutions, in this case, just don't feel quite the same.
