Today I'm creating a special attraction oil for drawing positive attention to oneself. This can be used when in competition for jobs, sports, the arts, YouTube promotion and social networking, for getting dates.
If you've ever seen Boogie Nights you may remember Mark Walburg's character stood in front of the mirror every day and said "I am a star. I'm a star I'm a star, I'm a star. I'm a big bright shiny star." Then he'd put his penis away. That's the kind of magick I'm talking about here. This is about self love, confidence, being unafraid to shine, and getting positive attention while banishing negative attention. I'm calling this Galactic Unicorn Oil.
Unicorns are mythical creatures that are likely based on the woolly rhinoceros of the Asian continent during the Cretaceous period and it's probably the reason rhinos have been hunted to extinction in Africa.
What unicorns have come to symbolize is glamour, magick, and being rare. When someone calls someone else a Unicorn these days, they mean that this is one person that is so rare and special that they might as well be a unicorn. There's a lot of different subcultures that use this term to mean someone in their own community that is rare.
What does a unicorn mean to me? Well, to begin with a Unicorn doesn't apologize for being the way they are. They know they are not horses. They know they are magical. They live their life as a magical being and are genuine and open. While being private and mysterious, they are willing to share their magic to bless the world around them. They don't hide their light. They don't care about your opinion. They are fucking unicorns.
You don't have to believe me about this. I'm not even sure I believe me about this. When I was a very small child, about four years old, I was very imaginative. I had imaginary friends. I saw ghosts. I talked to people that weren't there. I was just a very weird kid. One day on the way home from a day at the lake swimming, I sat in the back seat looking out of the window at the country side. I remember seeing in someone's yard there was a white horse. And I focused on the horse as we passed by and I saw very clearly a glowing white horse with a horn. Our car kept going and the horse went behind the house. I've always loved unicorns for this reason.
Over to the side, I personally have set up a crystal grid altar. I have set up a star altar so that this oil will be charged for working with all signs, to seal and protect the working. It also calls upon the power of the stars as whole, which represents setting up the "stars to align" for you. What I have set up is a zodiac circle. I used a saucer with the signs of the zodiac, inside that an obsidian mirror, and above I've placed a silver pentacle.
So for our ingredients, I have selected the following:
A bottle. You'll want a bottle that is the right size for your uses. I make a lot of oil because I do a lot of magick and I make a master bottle. I give to close friends and I sell to clients who are looking for what I have to offer.
Orris Root: For attraction, attracting business, attracting money
Rose: Another great attraction flower, a flower, a glamourous flower
Star Anise: Good luck, protection from the "evil eye", happiness, money, and passion
Solomon's Seal: To bind your will, to aid in difficult decisions, to keep your oaths, and dealing with change and transitions
Cinquefoil: love, money, health, power, wisdom
Quartz crystal: energy and focus
Sunstone: Sun and fire energy
Amazonite: Personal expression, communication, public speaking
Lapis Lazuli : royalty, divinity, magick, glamour, living your highest mpurpose
Amethyst: Divine connection/Higher Self
Bergamot essential oil: Luck and success
White lotus essential oil: attraction, luck, purity, self love, healing, spiritual growth, inner calm, improves speech and concentration
Jasmine essential oil: inspiration, attraction, productivity, money, good fortune
Vanilla oil: popularity, friendship, attraction, love, self esteem
Ginger essential oil: Power, energy, fire, abundance

I will work with this bottle as a combined honey jar and spell oil. I will regularly work with and put my intentions into it, or charge it in a crystal grid. I'll use it in candle magick, I'll dress spells that are related to it with this oil, I'll rub it on my hands or wear it as perfume. It is all set and ready to empower my "inner unicorn".
